Integrated Rural Community Aging Program 2020-2022

2023 Lessons Learned shares data and outcomes of our three-year initiative supporting older adults and caregivers to live well in their homes and communities of choice.

Rural Aging Initiative 2017-2019

Social Enterprise Initiative 2016-2018

2018 Social Enterprise Initiative publication provides an overview of this program which engaged nine nonprofits along with technical assistance partners to utilize social enterprises to increase employment opportunities and financial assets for people with low incomes.

Compass Points Regional Data

In July 2018, the Northland Foundation commissioned the Wilder Foundation, creators of the Minnesota Compass website, to produce "data snapshots" featuring some key demographic and wellbeing measures for the seven counties of northeastern Minnesota.
