Parent Aware: Minnesota's Quality Rating and Improvement System was established to increase the number of Minnesota children who are well prepared for kindergarten and beyond. Parent Aware assists families with young children to locate and secure high-quality child care and early education, as well as implements the one-to-four star quality rating system for licensed providers.
