Join us!

Attend one of three information sessions to learn more and ask questions about the Northland Foundation's Aging Innovations Major Grants funding opportunity. Everyone is welcome! Please register in advance using the links above, so we can plan for seating.

Beginning September 27, Northland will make available an RFP and application materials for organizations to request up to $50,000 in support of creative projects to help northeastern Minnesota’s older adults sustain their independence and age in place in their homes and communities. The RFP will target efforts to better integrate community-based care, utilize technology, support family caregivers, address direct care workforce challenges, and/or replicate or adapt evidenced-informed or evidenced-based program models.

Northland expects to fund 3 - 5 projects during this first funding round. A second funding round will open in February 2018 from which the Foundation anticipates awarding another 3 - 5 grants.
