PreK - Grade 3 Summit Registration

Please complete the following form for each member of your district team who is attending the PreK-Grade 3 Alignment Summit being held Monday, August 8, 2011 at the Hermantown Public Safety Building, 5111 Maple Grove Road (corner of Maple Grove and Lavaque Roads), Hermantown, MN. This event is offered free of charge. Registration will be held from 8:30-9:00 a.m., and the session will run from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Lunch is included. All fields are required.
