KIDS PLUS Institute
The Northland Foundation created the KIDS PLUS Institute to provide high-quality convening, training, and informational programs focused on child and youth development topics. The KIDS PLUS Institute offers conferences, trainings, seminars, and networking opportunities throughout the year for both young people and adults.
Since the inception of KIDS PLUS in 1990, the Northland Foundation has provided a number of unique convening and training sessions including: Youth In Philanthropy grantwriting training, the Key Leaders Summit on Early Care and Education, the Child Care Providers' Appreciation and Training Seminar, and the Regional Alliance of KIDS PLUS and Early Childhood Communities. It serves as a resource to bring nationally-acclaimed presenters and local and regional experts to venues accessible to youth and adults across the region.
