Pre-Application

To apply for funds, organizations are asked to submit a pre-application form. The pre-application process helps determine if a program fits within the Foundation’s grantmaking areas of interest.

Applicants interested in applying for grant funds are strongly encouraged to contact the Northland Foundation to discuss your project ideas with program staff prior to submitting a pre-application.
